If you choose to respawn in the Midnight Grove, all NPCs and bosses will respawn.Be warned, your corpse with all of your loot will be locked behind whatever doors you have unlocked along the way, meaning once you die you will need more weapons and armor to get back to your corpse.No need to drink another Potion of Midnight.
